Where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up at our main location:

1021 NE 45th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334
Pickup Hours: Saturday & Sundays, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Are there other pickup locations available?
Yes! We partner with local businesses to offer more convenient pickups:

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
Once your order is confirmed and ready, you'll receive a notification with pickup instructions. Please arrive during your pickup window to ensure freshness.
Can I pick up from partner locations on any day?
No. Partner pickups are only available on their scheduled days. You'll choose your location at checkout only if it aligns with the pickup schedule.

Delivery

Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is coming soon. We’re starting with pickup only during our launch period, but limited delivery will be available shortly after. Stay tuned via email or Instagram for updates.
When will delivery be available?
Once active:

Delivery Hours: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (after baking)

Delivery Days: Typically through Saturday and sunday, depending on order volume

Delivery must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No same-day delivery is available.

Need a special delivery for an event or boat? Contact us at least 3 days in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver within a 5-mile radius of our kitchen at 1021 NE 45th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334.
Orders up to 10 miles may be accepted based on availability and schedule.
What if I’m outside your delivery zone?
Send us a message. For larger orders, we may be able to accommodate or recommend a nearby pickup location.
Large & Custom Orders
Can I place a large or custom order?
Yes! Please allow adequate notice:

Family-Size Desserts (e.g., cakes, cheesecakes): 4 days

Events, Boat Charters, Catering: 5–7 days

Holiday Menus: Deadlines will be posted via email and Instagram
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Orders over $100, or any full-size cakes, pies, or tarts, require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your order and cover production time.

Order Timing & Availability

Why can’t I order same-day bread or desserts?
We bake in small, intentional batches. Every item is handmade — no mass production. Orders are limited each week and may close early once we sell out.

Safety & Allergens
​
Is your kitchen licensed?
Yes. Moondough operates from a licensed, inspected commercial kitchen. We follow ServSafe food safety standards and bake everything fresh in small batches.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our products may contain wheat, dairy, nuts, and eggs. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before placing your order.

Refunds, Cancellations & Changes

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
All sales are final. Everything is made to order, and we’re unable to offer refunds after purchase.

What if I made a mistake in my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. We may be able to make small changes before baking begins.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Standard Orders (e.g., one loaf or dessert): Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup. No refunds.

Custom Orders & Cakes: Require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations are not accepted once confirmed.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
If your item was underbaked, missing, or something felt off, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to make it right, which may include a future discount or replacement.
Do you offer refunds for missed pickups?
Unfortunately, no. Once your order is ready, it cannot be remade or resold. Be sure to pick it up on time or send someone on your behalf.
