At Moondough, our mission is simple: bake to the moon and back. What began as a spark of curiosity to master sourdough has grown into a journey of taking bread to the stars - with the universe as our only limit.
The heart of Moondough is Aurora, a 41 year-old Nordic starter with a living heritage. this culture is the foundation of everything we create. bread that is naturally fermented, gut-friendly, easier to digest, and does not cause inflammation often linked to processed ingredients.
Using traditional methods, natural quality ingredients and paired with a spark of outer-space creativity, we craft loaves that are both timeless and Innovative.

But none of this would exist without the extraordinary support of our community. Locally in Broward and North Miami, and across the internet - who believed in me, the vision and the product.

Their encouragement and votes carried me to the semi-finals of The Greatest baker competition 2025, and that experience gave me the inspiration and confidence to turn this dream into a reality.
